*Associate Profile - (HOA / Accounting Clerk)*

*Job Summary*

HOA/ Property Management Accounting Clerk is an integral part of the property management accounting team. It includes the responsibilities that go along with supporting the Accounting Dept. all the daily operations of the property management accounting department and its processes and all phases of accounting and cash management focusing in on the managed Home Owners Associations.

*Role *

*Title: * Accounting Clerk

*Reports to: * Controller

*Supervises: * N/A

*Responsibilities*
* Supporting the daily operations of the accounting departments process
* Support Management with accounts payable/ receivables, filing of all paperwork, maintain strong internal controls.

* Manage and monitor daily cash including reconciliations as needed

* Assist in preparation/execution of entering of annual budgets for properties into QuickBooks
* Pulling Internal Reports

* Open and distribute Daily Mail
* Assist HOA Department with Monthly Billings for Fees associated with HOA services

*Expectation of Results*
* Assist with the Reconciliation of accounts as needed
* Invoices processed daily / promptly

* Not Processing Invoices without a purchase order
* Following Established Standard Operating Procedures

*Knowledge & Skills*
* Strong working knowledge of Office 365, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Knowledge property management and accounting software. (i.e. AppFolio, Quick Books)
* Ability to manage time, organize and utilize all available resources to meet strict deadlines and achieve expected goals.

*Physical Requirements*
* Must be able to assist in moving, lifting, carrying, storing, or transporting materials and equipment (must be able to lift 30 lbs. or more).
* Must be flexible with travel requirements (determined per position and location of project)

*Qualifications*
* Deadline and detail oriented
* Experience in working with multiple companies and consolidations of multiple legal entities
* 2 years' experience of data entry
* Great interpersonal and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
