Our expansive product range caters to restaurants, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and more.We're looking for a meticulous and dedicated Rebate Program Coordinator to ensure the precision and compliance of our customer-based rebate programs. This role is pivotal in processing rebates accurately and fostering vendor relationships.What You'll Do:

• Administer sales and purchase-based rebates, including GPO sales rebate programs.
• Manage customer bid programs and track invoicing for sales/purchase-based rebates.
• Oversee various purchase deals and promotions for the purchasing department.
• Maintain Ecolab contracts and invoice K-12 School Commodity programs.
• Reconcile discrepancies with vendor payments and collaborate with vendors and brokers to address rebate program issues.
• Post payments and adjust vendor Accounts Receivable spreadsheets.
• Electronically file documents and assist other departments as needed.
• Uphold the company's confidentiality values and stay updated with educational opportunities.Who You Bring with You:
  • An organized individual with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • A team player with excellent vendor relationship and data entry skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Knowledgeable in general accounting principles with good math skills.Qualifications:
    • A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college is preferred.
