POSITION SUMMARY: - - - -
Under the direction of the Online Banking Supervisor, this position
is responsible for all aspects of support for Online Banking,
Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, Merchant Capture, Treasury Services
Processing, Voice Response and any other existing or new product
related to electronic banking. Will complete online banking and
mobile banking setup for new customers and maintain this setup on
existing customers. Assists internal customers with questions and
problems related to all online banking systems. Will function in
accordance with Bank policies, operating procedures, audit
requirements and federal regulations while adhering to deadlines.
Responsible for assisting with online banking system upgrades and
reporting and monitoring outstanding issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
--- - - - -Setup and maintain consumer and commercial online
banking access.
--- - - - -Provide internal and external online banking customer
support as needed.
--- - - - -Research and resolve issues related to any online
banking service.
--- - - - -Monitor online banking fraud software and resolve any
exceptions within required timeframes.
--- - - - -Review online banking reports and perform clean-up of
data as needed, such as closed accounts and closed customers.
--- - - - -Work with third party vendors as necessary to report and
resolve issues related to all online banking products.
--- - - - -Assist in the documentation for training of all online
banking systems used.
--- - - - -Work with auditors to provide assistance and information
as needed.
--- - - - -Attend meetings for training as required.
--- - - - -Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
--- - - - -High school diploma or equivalent. Related work
experience may substitute for education.
--- - - - -3+ years of relevant banking experience, with customer
service experience.
--- - - - -Familiar with online banking products, services and
regulations.
--- - - - -Solid computer systems skills; familiarity with Banking
Systems and Microsoft Office.
--- - - - -Ability to prioritize and coordinate a variety of
activities; with special attention to detail and organization.
--- - - - -Ability to work in a visible role and display
professionalism.
--- - - - -The aptitude to work independently and multi-task with
demonstrated ability to recognize and escalate issues requiring
resolution to the appropriate Bank team member or vendor.
--- - - - -Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in
writing.
--- - - - -Effective problem-solving skills.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: We offer a hybrid schedule, with 3 days in-office
and 2 days remote after the initial 90-day period. This position
will also require limited hours from home on the weekend.
COMPENSATION DISCLOSURE:
In accordance with Maryland's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, we are
committed to providing transparent wage information for all posted
job opportunities. The wage range for this position is $50,000 to
$55,000 annually, plus discretionary performance based bonus.
Compensation is determined based on factors such as Experience,
Qualifications, and Internal equity.
