Description: Position Purpose: The Licensed Advisory Assistant
supports Senior Advisors and a book of over 2,000 clients. This
role focuses on client service, account maintenance, and
operational support, including handling inquiries, coordinating
transactions, and updating records. Ideal for someone eager to
learn the advisory business with potential to advance into a junior
advisor role. What you’ll do: Support an active advisory office
managing a book of over 2,000 clients. Assist seasoned Senior
Advisors with years of industry experience. Service client accounts
under the supervision of Senior Advisors. Identify client issues
and opportunities for improvement or growth. Handle client and
referral inquiries via phone and email. Coordinate with financial
institutions for money movement, receipts, and disbursements.
Execute servicing requests from Senior Advisors promptly and
accurately. Assist with distribution of newsletters and marketing
communications (no content creation required). Maintain and update
client relationship information, including contact details and
identification data for clients and prospects. Perform limited
trading activities as directed. Participate in projects that may
lead to long-term growth opportunities, including potential
advancement to a junior advisory role and building a personal book
of business. Other duties as needed to support the department.
Requirements: Where you’ll shine: Strong Communication Skills –
Ability to handle client and referral inquiries professionally via
phone and email. Attention to Detail – Ensure accuracy in account
servicing, record updates, and transaction coordination.
Organizational Skills – Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced
environment with a large client base. Problem-Solving Ability –
Recognize issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
Customer Service Orientation – Deliver exceptional service and
maintain positive client relationships. Basic Financial Knowledge –
Understanding of money movement, receipts, disbursements, and
trading fundamentals. Technical Proficiency – Comfortable using CRM
systems, Microsoft platforms, and financial software. Team
Collaboration – Work effectively with Senior Advisors and other
team members. Adaptability and Learning Mindset – Willingness to
learn and grow into advanced responsibilities. Series 7 License
Required – Must hold an active FINRA Series 7 license to perform
trading and client account activities. Other financial experience
