Job Description:
Cherokee Federal, a division of Cherokee Nation Businesses,
seeks a dedicated Program Analyst II to join our team. This role
focuses on supporting our projects in construction, engineering,
and IT services by providing detailed program analysis, data
review, and policy development. The ideal candidate will utilize
their expertise in public administration to ensure the effective
execution and improvement of our government contracts globally. By
joining our team, you contribute directly to our mission of

Cherokee Nation in every project. Conduct detailed analysis of
project data to assess performance and identify improvement
opportunities. Develop and implement policy frameworks that comply
with governmental regulations and support project objectives.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and
effectiveness of project implementation. Prepare regular reports on
program status, challenges, and achievements for senior management.
Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes to align
financial resources with program needs. Strong analytical skills
with a proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SAS, SPSS).
Excellent communication skills proficient in report writing and
presentations. Knowledge of government contract management and
compliance requirements. Ability to work well independently and in
collaborative teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,
particularly Excel, and project management software. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified
Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management
Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Relevant certifications
in data analysis or policy development are advantageous.
