Job Description Job Description We are looking for an experienced Billing Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Exton, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will handle a variety of billing tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing invoices and maintaining financial records. Responsibilities: • Process and reconcile invoices, ensuring all billing data is accurate and up-to-date. • Manage and update billing systems to streamline operational efficiency. • Generate and distribute billing statements to clients in a timely manner. • Analyze and differentiate between credit and debit transactions to ensure proper account management. • Transfer invoice details from one work order to another as required. • Utilize intermediate-level Microsoft Excel skills for data organization and reporting. • Collaborate with team members to address billing discrepancies and resolve issues. • Maintain detailed and organized records for auditing and reporting purposes. • Provide support in billing collections, following up on outstanding payments as needed.• Proven experience in billing functions and financial record-keeping. • Familiarity with computerized billing systems and processes. • Proficiency in generating and managing billing statements. • Strong understanding of credit and debit transactions. • Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. • Strong communication skills for working with team members and clients. • Ability to work efficiently in an on-site office environment.
