provide exceptional administrative support and coordination to a

outgoing Office Manager who is experienced and eager to grow
professionally in all aspects of administrative services to include
office management and human resources.*Responsibilities of the
Office Coordinator:** Oversee and support all administrative duties
in the office and ensure the office is operating smoothly* Manage
the front desk and perform general receptionist duties: greet
visitors, and answer and direct phone calls* Responsible for
maintaining inventory and maintenance of general office and kitchen
supplies* Serve as main point of contact for building-related
communications* Sort and deliver all incoming mail/packages;
organize and distribute incoming/outgoing shipments, as necessary*
Assist with staff event set-up and take down, including monthly
free lunch set-up and clean-up* Manage ordering for welcome
breakfast and monthly free lunch* Lead efforts in coordination with
HR to launch more company-wide wellness programs and initiatives*
Assist HR in on-boarding related activities for new hires*
Responsible for ownership of HR/Finance purchasing card: includes
completing monthly billing reconciliation and approving invoices
from vendors* Responsible for weekly bank deposits* Load dishwasher
and run at end of the day. Unload dishes in the morning* Perform
other duties, as assigned*Requirements of the Office Coordinator:**
Completed bachelors degree preferred* 1-3 years of administrative
experience in an office setting* Must have exceptional attention to
detail* Strong organizational and time management skills, and
ability to prioritize* Ability to function independently at the
front desk area* Must be a self-starter, driven, and have a strong
work ethic and desire to help people* Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills* Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)#GAJob Type:
