Job Description:

Kforce has a client in Baltimore, Maryland (MD) that is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team.Duties:

  • Working closely with the Managers to deliver exceptional client service and a positive experience for an assigned group of institutional client relationships
  • Build rapport with clients, as well as the client's partners such as consultants, custodians, and auditors; Assure prompt, accurate fulfillment of all client requests and inquiries
  • Represent the firm as the client's primary operational point of contact
  • Monitor client requests for information, questionnaires, performance, and operational issues
  • Document meaningful client interactions in Salesforce
  • Address client issues and seek ways to creatively enhance and solidify client relationships
  • Coordinate responses to clients' needs and inquiries regarding due diligence, operations and communications support
  • Manage onboarding and off-boarding for institutional clients through coordination with the client, the relationship manager and Operations colleagues to ensure a smooth transitionPerforming account administration and maintenance tasks with complete accuracy and in a timely manner, including:
    • Tracking and communicating client cash flows
    • Maintaining and reconciling account information/contact data on relevant systems
    • Regularly updating data in our systems to reflect changes as they occur and verifying and reconciling account information and activity with internal teams
    • Scanning and indexing documents for records retention
    • Working with internal and external constituents to resolve day-to-day client issues consistent with internal policies and procedures and with adherence to escalation protocols
    • Producing, reviewing and delivering monthly, quarterly, yearly and ad-hoc client reports, due diligence questionnaires, audit requests and proxy reports
    • Bachelor's degree; Concentration in Finance, Marketing or Communications preferred
    • 2 years of professional experience in similar industry or role
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce
    • Outstanding time management and organizational skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail
