we are a voluntary, residential substance use treatment program
dedicated to transforming lives. Serving clients aged 18-65, we are
a privately owned facility driven by our mission to turn every

do. We’re looking for a Maintenance Lead to join our team and help
ensure our property is well-functioning, clean, orderly, and
attractive! You will be responsible for maintaining the
functionality of the operational aspects of the facility. You will
complete duties assigned by the Executive Director and maintain all
facility documentation logs. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execution of work orders for on-time completion and to high
standards of quality. Communicate with supervisor and other
department heads to coordinate the scheduling of assigned work
orders. Daily adherence to Keystone Retreat’s accreditation
standards and ensure all facilities areas and equipment are
maintained. On-call response during hours of operation. Execution
of preventative maintenance calendar schedule for all building
systems. General janitorial and groundskeeping duties. Attend and
participate in staff meetings and trainings. Other duties, as
assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school degree or equivalent.
2-3 years in a supervisory role. Current CPR & First Aid
Certification (or willing to obtain). Valid Driver’s License and
reliable transportation. Ability to pass a background check and
