ideal candidate will be a passionate Plumbing technician who is
committed to providing exceptional customer service. As a Plumbing
In Home Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert
advice and recommendations to customers on plumbing issues and
services. Responsibilities: Conduct in-home consultations with
customers to assess their plumbing needs and provide
recommendations for services Provide accurate estimates for
plumbing services and products Educate customers on the benefits of
various plumbing services and products Build and maintain strong
relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our
services Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and
efficient completion of projects Requirements: At least 5 years of
Plumbing Install and Service (preferred) Have at least 3 years of
sales experience Ability to work independently and as part of a
team Demonstrated commitment to the sale and delivery of
high-quality solutions to residential customers Demonstrate
professional interpersonal relationship skills Solid management
experience, customer service and leadership skills Ability to meet
or exceed established financial goals Demonstrated strong customer
service problem solving skills and decision-making Demonstrated
skills showing initiative, personal responsibility and
accountability Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and
maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment while
meeting deadlines Demonstrated speed and accuracy in the completion
of tasks Maintains a "Can Do" attitude A team player who
