We are seeking an experienced construction Superintendent to join our client's team as a direct placement to help lead their projects and ensure compliance with rigorous government standards. - The estimated pay range for this role is $100,000 - $140,000 based on experience. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. - Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and on-site personnel to ensure timely project completion. - Manage project budgets and schedules, including tracking expenditures and progress. - Perform hands-on work when necessary and ensure proper tool and equipment usage. - Collaborate with project managers, clients, and government representatives to address any site-related issues. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Lead Site Superintendent in construction. - Proven track record of successfully completing projects valued between $1 to $5 million. - Active Top Secret security clearance with prior experience on DOD sites Required. - Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
