What You Bring: Proven success as an automotive service advisor (2
years preferred) Strong customer service and sales skills Knowledge
of repair order process, estimates, and warranty policies Ability
to translate “car speak” into plain English for customers A sense
of urgency, accountability, and professionalism A passion for cars,
