Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. This opportunity is for a full-time Special Education
Teacher contracted for a full semester in a middle school setting
located in Philadelphia, PA. This role requires a dedicated
educator to provide specialized instruction and support aligned
with state and district standards, focusing on student growth
through personalized and differentiated learning strategies. Key
Qualifications: Active PA Special Education certification/license.
Bachelors degree required to qualify for an emergency teaching
permit. Proven experience working in urban school environments.
Mastery of subject matter and instructional techniques for special
education. Strong classroom and behavioral management skills.
Ability to create and deliver lesson plans grounded in formative
assessment. Completion of all required PA clearances. Comfortable
navigating district policies and school culture. Position Details:
Location: Chester, PA School Levels: Middle School (K-2
opportunities available at nearby elementary levels) Two full-time
openings available Work schedule: 37.5 hours per week, onsite
Contract duration: Immediate start through June 12, 2026
Responsibilities include: Developing and implementing effective
lesson plans tailored to special education students. Managing
classroom behavior to foster a positive learning environment.
Collaborating with school staff to adjust instruction based on
student assessments. Ensuring compliance with all district and
state educational requirements. A Zoom interview will be conducted
