settings. Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and
evaluation of patient care to maximize recovery. Document patient
care services by charting in patient and department records.
Maintain a collaborative team environment with other health
professionals to provide holistic care. Participate in educational
workshops to enhance nursing knowledge and clinical skills. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Basic competency in clinical
skills and patient care Ability to work efficiently within a
multidisciplinary team Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced
