Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is available
for a full-time Behavior Specialist or Registered Behavior
Technician (RBT) to support students in a middle school setting
within the Mascoma Valley Regional School District in Enfield, New
Hampshire. This contract position spans from the start date ASAP
through June 2026, offering a consistent full-time schedule ranging
from 32 to 37.5 hours per week. Responsibilities include managing a
middle school caseload with a focus on applying behavior analysis
techniques to support positive student outcomes. The role requires
strong behavior experience, specifically working within a school
environment, to develop and implement behavior intervention plans,
collaborate with educational staff, and monitor student progress.
Key qualifications and desired experience: Valid Registered
Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or Board Certified Behavior
Analyst (BCBA) Proven experience in behavior analysis and
intervention within educational settings Ability to work full-time
hours, approximately 32-37.5 hours per week Effective communication
and teamwork skills to collaborate with school staff and families
Experience working with middle school-aged students preferred This
