ODS Industrial Engineer

Job DescriptionAs an Industrial Engineer you will be responsible
for but not limited to:
- Plan plant, production facilities, and equipment layouts to
determine the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow
and establish methods for maximum utilization of production
facilities and personnel.
- Develop metrics to measure equipment and factory capacity and
output, and to identify equipment and process flow
- May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention
measures and may plan and schedule training programs for personnel
concerning all phases of production operations.
- Conduct studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction,
inventory control, and production record systems.
- Develops and implements plans and programs for facility
modifications and revisions to operating methods.
- Responds to customer/client requests or events as they
- Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and
judgment.QualificationsYou must possess the below minimum
qualifications to be initially considered for this position
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum
requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Engineering (Industrial Engineer preferred).
- 2+ years of Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
- This position is not eligible for Intel immigration
sponsorship.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience with either of
- Lean Manufacturing techniques.
- Semiconductor manufacturing.
- Capacity planning.

ModelThis role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which
allows employees to split their time between working on-site at
their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances
the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
