Job Title: HVAC Installer Pay Range: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience Work Hours: 4 /10 shift. Monday to Thursday; with overtime on Fridays Location: Lock Haven, PA. Our Benefits: Health Insurance: Company covers 75% of the employee premium, 25% for dependents Short and long-term disability coverage available Life insurance coverage available Retirement Plan: IRA with 3% company match Take- Home company vehicle for lead Company-issued phone, tablet, and uniform 3 PTO / sick days 6 paid holidays 2 paid floating holidays (Easter & your birthday)! 40 hours paid vacation Position Overview: Primarily Residential Retrofit/changeout installations Installing residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, duct work and accessories to company standards Installing furnace, AC, boilers, heat pumps, GEOTHERMAL, ductless and RTU's New duct work and retro duct work as needed Bryant Authorized Dealer Providing customers with high-quality experience Required Qualifications: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record 1 year of experience or combination of education and experience EPA Universal Certification or obtain once hired NATE certification is highly preferred Ability to lift /carry up to 100 lb. overhead with assistance Able to work on a ladder & in attic / crawl space Great customer service skills Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School desired Prior supervisory experience is a plus Learn more about us: www.redmondscompletecomfort.com
