We expect everyone to contribute — no passengers allowed. Position Summary: We’re hiring a Level 2 Commercial HVAC Technician. You've got 2–4 years under your belt, and you're ready to run most calls without needing a lifeline. You’ll handle real-world troubleshooting across hoods, ductwork, fans, curbs, and rooftop ventilation systems — diagnosing airflow problems, electrical issues, and mechanical failures. We don’t want techs who wait to be told what to do. We want pros who see the problem, move, and solve it. What You’ll Do: Run service calls independently, from troubleshooting to clean, documented repairs Diagnose airflow, mechanical, and electrical issues in kitchen ventilation systems Communicate clearly with customers and teammates — no drama, no confusion Keep your gear sharp, your truck stocked, and your notes clean Climb, crawl, lift, and grind through tough conditions and tougher jobs Identify potential deficiencies and bring them forward — we fix it all, or we don’t touch it What You’ll Bring: 2–4 years of commercial HVAC or ventilation service experience Proven troubleshooting ability — not just swapping parts Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation EPA 608 Universal Certification is a plus — not required Mechanical intelligence, physical toughness, and mental resilience Pride in your work and ownership of your results Pay & Benefits: $27–$32/hour depending on experience, skill, and accountability Health Insurance Retirement Plan Paid Holidays PTO Direct path to Level 3 leadership if you deliver Small-team culture where effort and results matter — not politics Physical Requirements & Work Environment: You’ll be lifting 50 lbs, climbing ladders onto steep or multi-story roofs, working inside tight crawlspaces, hot attics, wet basements, and on lifts or boom trucks.
