You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and project delivery. Project Leadership · Manage mid-sized projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. · Act as the primary contact for customer communication during project execution. 2. Project Coordination · Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and budgets. · Perform estimating tasks and input information into the quoting system. · Oversee key project tasks and assign responsibilities to team members. 3. Documentation and Reporting · Generate detailed reports on project status and metrics for stakeholders. · Maintain project schedules, risk logs, and all other required documentation. 4. Safety and Compliance · Ensure compliance with safety standards, conduct audits and address issues as needed. · Integrate sustainable practices into project planning and execution. 5. Risk Management · Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies. · Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. 6. Team Collaboration · Work closely with customers, contractors, and engineers to resolve challenges. · Foster teamwork and maintain alignment on project goals. 7. Additional Duties: · Flexibility to perform other assigned tasks to support the overall business objectives. Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills & Attributes): · 2-4 years of experience in project management or coordination. · Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. · Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications. · Knowledge of NEC standards, OSHA regulations, and environmental compliance. · Experience in project estimating and familiarity with quoting and takeoff processes. Preferred Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration, project management, or a related field is preferred. · Experience working on projects that involve cross-functional teams. · Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or equivalent are a plus. Physical Requirements: This job involves both indoor and outdoor work. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: · Lift, carry and/or move up to 75 pounds repeatedly. · Climb ladders, staircases, step stools, stand, walk, sit, and operate vehicles for extended periods. · Bend, stoop, crawl and work in awkward positions or confined spaces for several hours. The employee may occasionally be required to: · Work outdoors in varying weather conditions including intense heat/cold, muddy and wet environments. · Perform precision tasks with instruments and fittings. · Communicate verbally and in writing.
