Looking for 1-year experienceDESCRIPTION OF WORK:This position is responsible for supporting and maintaining the day to day operations of a wide range of telecommunications technologies, and the methods used to order, deploy, integrate, troubleshoot, and restore the EBR Delivery Center's telecommunications systems and services including but not limited to:-Large and small PBX systems-Large and small key systems-Auto-attendants-VoIP-Centrex-Analog and Fax-Cell phones-Smart Phones-Tablets-Mobile Device Management System-IVR-ACD-Contact Center Solutions-VPNSpecific Duties:Processes service requests, as assigned, submitted through the EBR ITSM (currently Service Now) system including order fulfillment requests, change requests and incidents. Maintains and ensures accuracy of voice related services and inventories in the Service Now system. Submits Enterprise Services Management System (ESMS) orders. Ensures voice inventories are maintained and accurate. Orders include new voice and data services, MACs and deletes. Provides support for EBR voice services projects. Processes upgrades and changes to existing voice services and transitions to new voice services.Works with telecommunication service providers, the Office of Administration (OA), and internal customers to design, maintain, procure, change, report, resolve issues, and ensure operations for all EBR voice solutionsGathers requirements, recommends, supports and configures large-scale telephone systems requiring the integration of individual systems and sharing of facilities. Advises of findings and recommends type and size of voice infrastructure equipment for central office and field offices based on services requested; costs; available technology; OA and EBR network/voice standards; physical layout of site; and line capacity into site.Develops, prepares, maintains and adheres to documentation and standards to support voice services for the EBR Delivery Center.Produces technical reports, as requested, regarding voice services requests, incidents, costs, and capacity. Ensures performance, usage and capacity management is consistent with satisfying business needs of all EBR Program Areas and Business Partners. Prepares written proposals as requested. Stays current and informed of features and options available for voice solutions used within the Commonwealth and EBR Delivery CenterSupports remote access and VPN services for EBR, including order processing and end user troubleshooting.Supports EBR mobile devices and MDM solution. Supports EBR IVR and ACD applicationsWorks with internal IT teams, the Office of Administration (OA), and telecommunication vendors to operate, implement and troubleshoot EBR voice services consumed by EBR Business teams.Participates on and supports project teams developing new applications and services as required.Articulates voice infrastructure technical designs and justifications, both orally and in writingProvides training on voice services to EBR staff as requiredWorks on other large projects managed by the EBR team as requiredDevelops and follows in house internal documented processes for Service Fulfillment, Change, Incident, and Problem Management.Adheres to Commonwealth and L&I IT policies.
