Leads, develops, and manages the day-to-day of the recruiting team.Provides leadership in the establishment of UI's brand and works with Marketing to develop supporting materials in order to communicate value proposition through UI's employment advertisements, career sites, job descriptions, and other employment materials.Drives a culture of constant improvement, identifying, and implementing projects in order to increase recruiting effectiveness and efficiency.Plays a mentorship role to key recruiting personnel, helping hone their skills, and helping to ready them for the next level.Recommends the streamlining of recruitment processesHelp drive full-cycle recruiting process; this is inclusive of providing corrective as well as counseling option, and employment termination as needed.Work with Executive Director to constantly evaluate the department's workload in order to guarantee optimal recruitment activity.Leads the analytical role where they leverage key dashboard tracking analytics and impact metrics in order to grow a data-driven and technically skilled recruiting team.Evaluates recruiting strategies/tactics and processes in oder to continually improve recruiting processes and the quality of the talent brought in.Create/implement standardized reporting system that will regularly lead to the identification of solutions and improvement areas for recruiting programs.Performs similar functions as deemed necessary for the proper execution of their duties, and duties delegated by the Executive Director-HR or the employer. #LI-remote QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 10 years working experience in a senior recruiting position, preferably in a fast-paced and highly competitive business environment. Must have proven and successful experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes consisting of sourcing, screening, on-boarding, coaching and terminating. Must have additionally have experience directly managing a team of recruiters.
