As our Senior Sustainability Partnerships Program Manager you will shape our customer engagement strategy around sustainability and take to the lead on the coordination of our cross-industries Sustainability Customer Advisory Board. You will work closely with our Global Alliance and Marketing teams to design an engagement strategy that leverages the sustainability strengths of our partner eco-system. You will also support our VP of Sustainability in elevating and executing our broader sustainability partnerships strategy, including our participation in global sustainability events during Climate Week NYC, the UN Climate Change Conference and WEF Annual Meetings in Davos.To be successful in this role, you will need excellent project management and interpersonal skills, in addition to sustainability subject matter expertise. You will need to bring your experience building new partnerships and deepening established ones. You will also need to be a master communicator that enjoys influencing a wide range of stakeholders.What you will do: Develop plan to evolve and expand our cross-functional Sustainability Customer Advisory Board (CAB) based on partnership best practices and working closely with our Sustainability, Sales and Portfolio leadership to ensure alignment with broader sustainability solutions strategies. Propose and manage a robust year-round engagement program for our C-level CAB members, that includes virtual events with third-party thought leaders, online resources, networking and knowledge-sharing opportunities. Serve as the sustainability subject matter expert that works closely with our Global Alliance teams and Marketing teams on go-to-market collaborations with our partner network related to sustainability. Develop a holistic dashboard to measure successful implementation of AVEVAs current sustainability partnerships program and work closely with the VP of Sustainability on successful delivery. Make ongoing recommendations on opportunities to accelerate AVEVAs positive impact and position as a sustainability thought leader through partnerships.What you will bring: 5-7 years of work experience in sustainability partnerships and stakeholder engagement Prior corporate experience with high tech/software companies preferred; experience with companies in industries supported by AVEVA (e.g., CPG, Food & Bev, Infrastructure, Energy) Advanced Degree in Sustainability, Carbon Management, International Affairs or a related field Prior experience with developing and managing an executive-level partnerships group or external advisory board Track record of developing and executing a successful partnerships strategy and stakeholder engagement plans Fluency on go-to-market strategies and prior experience working closely with Sales/Marketing a plus Ability to build rapport quickly and influence at all levels High level of comfort with fast-paced and quickly changing environments Exemplary written and verbal communications skills A desire to grow and contribute to our team through constructive feedbackAVEVA is a global leader in industrial software, driving digital transformation and sustainability.
