We take pride in our core values and the diversity of our people, valuing the unique experience and expertise that people from different backgrounds bring to our business.Job PurposeAs Product Commercialization Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that AVEVAs products are Commercialized in a manner that drives value for AVEVA.You will work with Product Managers and Marketing on Product launches, define an appropriate go to market strategy aligned with Company Strategic Targets. Driving to Subscription, Recurring Revenue and Flex Subscription Access Program. Youll look at existing Products across the AVEVA portfolio and conduct reviews and analysis to determine if the List Price of the offer is appropriate for the value. Using Voice of Customer approaches where appropriate to determine part and price determination. You will work with colleagues to determine version-based part variation where required.The successful applicant will drive the annual review of List Pricing following a process and engaging support from the wider business stakeholders before executing in according with company timelines. Analysing impact from List Price adjustments both with or without foreign currency impacts. Conducting external market research and questionnaires where appropriate.In this role you will be responsible for: What you will do: Data Analysis using MS Excel to determine Customer Pricing per Unit compared to List Pricing per Unit. Extracting Data from Systems, Analysing and drawing conclusions, validating those results and acting upon the data collated with relevant stakeholders and change management. Attend and contribute to launch meetings and gate review processes. Lead on External Market research for Pricing Activities. Aggregate data from multiple systems within the commercialization lifecycle, compare and present findings in a business relevant context to improve results.Skills and Experience Required: You will have University Degree Level, preferably in a Business, Science or Numerical Subject Experienced in the Product Launch & Pricing Processes related to Software and the software Industry. Comfortable handling large and complicated Datasets after different stages of the sales cycle. High attention to detail and able to work with colleagues to drive Price Development. Be able to set and follow processes of work. Self-starter with a sense of urgency. You have the integrity, resilience, and resourcefulness to make change happen, no matter how challenging and measure the effects of the change. Direct and transparent approach to communication. Results oriented that is balanced between both long-term objectives and short-run performance.
