All of this through evidence-based care at every stage of the patient journey.About the role:Elsevier Clinical Solutions is looking for a driven product manager to improve our product process, development flow, and product timeline. The Product Manager II will own one or more product features and lead project execution. We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter who has a record of creative problem solving, clearing obstacles, driving alignment across diverse stakeholders, and can operate autonomously.Your Responsibilities:

  • Actively gathers data from multiple sources (customer, market analysis, sales, and revenue, etc.) to drive solutions to business problems and issues of consequence to the company.
  • Interacts frequently with customers & stakeholders, anticipating needs and prioritizing them effectively

  • Analyzes and interprets what is happening in the market, driven by the latest news/incidents, particularly competitive announcements, and events.
  • Help research, organize, and recommend resources on product management best practices.
  • Help research, organize and recommend resources/training on product management best practices & help drive consistency and efficiency across product management as a whole
  • Designing/delivering on high-priority projects as they arise, collaborating/contributing with the perspective of how to create repeatable/reusable frameworks
  • Build Analytics and Measurements: Possess exceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating data findings.
  • Help create and maintain Product dashboards as well as maintain and review product team OKRs/KPIs. Analyze key metrics to uncover trends and root causes
  • Effectively manages day-to-day issues and problems without intervention
  • Outlines key milestones, outcomes, and deliverables during go-to-market and product strategy planning.
  • Participates in product discovery, according to a defined process, for new product development.
  • Manages portions of the product lifecycle.Basic Qualifications:
    • Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
    • Recognized as full owner of a product or multiple features
    • Demonstration of thorough product development knowledge, including the ability to develop related business cases, content, and product plans as well as writing product requirements.
    • Demonstrate strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities and get things done in a matrixed environment
    • Experience uncovering needs of stakeholders/customers/users and developing solutions for multiple audiences,
    • Data-centric and analytical. You have experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and assertions of business value and synthesize information from a variety of sources to make thoughtful real-time decisions.
    • Is proficient in various technologies to assist day-to-day tasks (Excel, Balsamiq, Tableau, road-mapping tools etc.)
    • Demonstrates effective conversational skills, including active listening and questioning, facilitating open and interactive discussion of matters affecting the team Preferred Experience
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated experience engaging and influencing stakeholders
      • Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others and strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position
      • Demonstrated ability of collaborating with a diverse set of partners and experience working in cross-functional teams.
      • Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, support the scope of requirements and prioritize
      • Is familiar with SDLCs as identified by management e.g. agile processes.
