Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat - dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Parts & Service Sales Manager in Harrisburg, PA. This is an exciting position to lead and drive results.Core responsibilities revolve around creating a dynamic action plan to increase sales performance, market penetration, drive continuous growth and deliver measurable business results for parts and service sales.Duties & Responsibilities:Focus on activities and strategies that will result in revenue growth and position the dealership as the preferred supplier of parts and serviceDevelop and implement a territory business plan by identifying and evaluating new business growth opportunitiesSales Initiatives:Influence customers to embrace extended service plans and various offeringsIncrease sales of customer support agreements and technologyEnsure timely initiatives are taken to remain competitive and knowledgeable of parts and service practices and programsWork to grow product support retail growth to 100% absorption through the parts and service departmentCustomer Relations:Establish key customer relationships with targeted contact management, including on-site visitsIncrease Customer Satisfaction Index scores by deploying targeted training and implementing best practicesConduct training programs/seminars to improve utilization of parts and service programsImprove customer integration via frequent visits to improve and foster relationshipsMarketing:Implement parts and service after-sale marketing to improve market share penetrationLeverage integrated marketing of total dealership offerings to grow parts and serviceProvide after-sales parts and service marketing and consulting to support the Construction Equipment divisionManage Product Support Sales Reps (PSSRs) by providing needs assessment, training and performance monitoringProvide data on strategic accounts and gather market intelligence for corporate marketing and management reportingQualifications & Skills - Required:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of 5+ years equipment sales experience3+ years sales experience in commercial equipment industry required - after-market or construction equipment preferredExcellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skillsAbility to set sales targets and achieve them effectivelyStrong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patternsProficient in Microsoft platform (Excel, Word and Outlook)Proven self-starter with results-oriented mindsetQualifications & Skills - Preferred:Knowledge of Cat products and product support requirementsPerks & Benefits:Highly competitive salaryPaid Time off - including Paid holidays & Personal daysMedical insurance - starting at day one of employmentVision and Dental insurance401k matchProfit sharingShort / Long term disabilityLife insuranceEmployee merchandise discountWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
