design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC,
developing and enhancing both client and internal facing
applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help

business growth.Our Information Technology Project Management team
collaborates with PwC practice leaders to develop and deliver
technology solutions. We provide project management oversight and
collaborate with various project resources and vendors to ensure
the appropriate methodology is followed, deliverable quality is
high, and satisfaction is achieved. Simply put, youll solve
business problems using technology, work with multiple teams
concurrently, and be able to take pride in end to end ownership of

Requirements and Preferences :Basic Qualifications :Minimum Degree
Required :High School DiplomaMinimum Years of Experience :6 year(s)
of progressive roles managing IT project management and strategy
development.Preferred Qualifications :Degree Preferred :Bachelor
DegreePreferred Fields of Study :Management Information Systems,
Business Administration/ManagementCertification(s) Preferred
:Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master
(CSM)Preferred Knowledge/Skills :Demonstrates intimate abilities
and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in the following
areas:
- Meeting with executive level stakeholders to review product
roadmap objectives;
- Understanding both customer and business needs and translate
them into tickets and requirements;
- Maintaining a prioritized roadmap and timeline for product
features and user stories;
- Defining success criteria for testing and product
acceptance;
- Identifying and executing strategies to drive product-adoption
KPIs;
- Reporting on success metrics and SLAs for service
capabilities;
- Facilitating creation and maintenance of proper product
documentation, including release notes and feature
announcements;
- Working with internal teams including developers, engineers,
architects, quality assurance, and operations; ensuring
requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans
match expectations;
- Collaborating, experimenting and iterating with UI/UX Designers
to deliver coherent and intuitive interfaces;
- Analyzing and reporting on product development performance with
Jira Align;
- Serving as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to
the community of stakeholders;
- Analyzing usage trends and spot opportunities leveraging tools
such as Data Dog and Pendo, Power BI, Tableau
- Helping ensure the product is successful before and after
launch;
- Prioritizing a shifting backlog of product opportunities;
- Exhibiting proficiency in: Product management experience at a
company offering a platform or SaaS, API-based product offerings,
Agile Scrum or SAFe including devops tools (Jira, Azure DevOps);
and
- Communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner in
