They are looking for a candidate who can effectively manage risk, maximize profits and further their relationship with customersWhy join us?Competitive Salary and Benefit Package401k and Company MatchMedical/Dental/Vision insuranceJob DetailsPrimary Responsibilities:Must have experience in commercial heating and air conditioning installationDirect and manage project development from beginning to endDemonstrated project experience between $1M and $10M.Five to ten years HVAC project management experience, including leadership responsibilities.Thorough knowledge of HVAC system design and installation.Thorough working knowledge of project management processes, technology and safety principles.Complete schedule of values, subcontract scopes and equipment buyoutDevelop full-scale project plan, as built drawings, coordination drawings, shop drawings, and construction schedulesWork closely with business unit personnel to develop project requirements and determine project solutionsExecute correspondence and forms necessary to each projectDevelop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and submittalsWillingness to attend and effectively participate in project meetingsSupervise field staff and maintain necessary labor logs for productivity trackingDelegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnelManage contracts and relationships with vendorsManage project closeout, punch lists and startup/ manualsExecute final inspection of projects, invoicing, retainage and customer satisfactionInterested in hearing more?
