Chemours is seeking a Delivery Manager, New Product Development to join our Advance Performance Materials team! This position will report directly to the Senior Manager, New Product Development (NPD) and Application Development (App Dev) and can be based in our Wilmington, DE location or remote .
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:



  • Accountability for providing oversight, delivering results, and driving commercialization of new product and application development.


  • Effectively managing the entire NPD / App Dev Delivery to achieve best in class successful outcomes for new product commercialization while communicating successes and challenges to leadership.


  • Ensures NPD team remains unblocked and focused on delivering commercial products on time, while establishing manufacturability, quality, and regulatory compliance and resulting in market acceptance.


  • Work collaboratively with all work stream leaders, including technology, supply chain, product management, operations, sales, and sustainability globally to ensure successful product commercialization resulting in revenue.


  • Resolves issues, understands risks and proactively drives resolutions to ensure the timeliness of development and commercialization.


  • Responsible for engaging the NPD project team on the new product commercialization process and ensuring CTQs are understood, communicated (internally and externally), and delivered.


  • Incorporate both Stage Gate and Agile methodology and ceremonies to deliver NPD objectives


    The following is required for this role:


    • ---Bachelor's degree


    • 4 plus years of previous project/program managementexperience, specifically management of large complex projects involving technology and multiple work streams/work stream leaders, and using a stage gate process within a manufacturing or software environment required


    • Ability to manage multiple projects/programs simultaneously and drive successful results


    • Account or product management or other customer facing experience and financial acumen


    • Experience executing on plans and milestones with set timelines to drive results while managing ambiguity and showing the ability to conceive scenarios and develop contingencies


    • Proven drive, ability to break down barriers and influence people, demonstrated initiative, collaborative team player with a global team, creative thinking, and detailed oriented


    • Ability to lead through influence


      The following is preferred for this role:


      • Bachelor's Degree with STEM focus


      • Experience working in an agile development framework


      • 3+ years in chemical or manufacturing industries


      • Project Management or Agile certification


      • Experience in the fluorinated polymers industry

        Pay Range (in local currency):
        $93,184.00 - $145,600.00

        25
        Annual Bonus Target:
        11%

The incentive pay is dependent on business results and individual performance and subject to the terms and conditions of the specific plans.
