As the Deputy PM, you will support the Program Manager overseeing and leading a visible technical program driving the Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) cloud platform that supports collection, management and analysis of digital engineering information in an architecture that provides seamless digital thread and enables tool interoperability, including data structures suitable for AI applications. Responsibilities of the Deputy Program Manager includes customer engagement, monthly program reviews, ensuring delivery of SLA/SLOs, hiring and retention of top engineering talent, and driving the advancement of core technologies and contractual deliverables in addition to being able to "roll up sleeves" to ensure success. The program manager must be ready to adapt quickly, locate areas for improvement and drive positive change. The successful candidate will be a hands-on technical manager with a demonstrated expertise in driving success through working along-side the team helping to ensure work is completed accurately, timely, and blockers are removed/remediated. As a Technical Program Manager, you will:

  • Possess over 10 years of experience providing program management for medium/large-scale engineering services programs in support of a top tier US Intelligence Agency with at least $100 lifecycle value
  • Possess over 7 years of experience working on Intelligence Agency enterprise infrastructure and engineering programsSupport contract execution by interacting directly with team members providing customer support to a dispersed customer baseInterface with the customer and other contracts, maintaining and promoting positive relationshipsDeliver contract deliverables, including PMR, financials and other customer status updatesPrepare program execution plans and identify technical and business resource needsPrepare and deliver corporate status updates on behalf of the programCoordinate project activities, deliverables, and action itemsUnderstand and adhere to applicable standards and laws, coordinating with various departments for successful program executionRequired Education, Experience, & Skills PMI Certified Program Management Professional (PMP)Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, business, or related field Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team of 15+ Experience staffing medium sized contractual effortsDemonstrated experience with agile methodologies and a working knowledge of JIRA and ConfluenceExperience leading and managing Operations & Maintenance, Engineering and Development teams in an agile workspaceAbility to ensure team produces quality deliverables gather data, create goals, metrics and reporting for internal and external leadershipAbility to represent the team and deliver status reports to internal and external leadershipExcellent organizational and follow through skillsExcellent communication (written and verbal) skillsDetail oriented Ability to troubleshoot and problem solveProficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPointWorking knowledge of ServiceNow (creating reports & dashboards)Experience with developing and delivering on cost plus based program effortsAbility to ensure team produces quality deliverables gather data, create metrics and reporting for internal and external leadershipPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills
    Over 10 years of experience providing program management for large-scale engineering services programs in support of a top tier US Intelligence Agency more than $100M+ lifecycle valueOver 15 years of experience working on Intelligence Agency enterprise infrastructure and engineering programs, including on-site customer engagementMaster's degree in engineering, management, business, or related fields.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
