The area sales manager is responsible to drive increased revenue across a diverse and well-established customer base. Drive increased Sales revenue for US and broaden the customer baseManage existing customer relationships, identifying new opportunitiesDeliver revenue results against set quarterly and annual targetsSupport and attend various customer meetings and seminars/conferencesDevelop strong and long-term client relationshipsFollow-up on all leads for new products in your region that at generated from marketing (web, tradeshow, workshop).Resolve issues and handle complaints quickly and effectivelyEducate clients on new features and product launchesContinually analyse both the market and competition, maximize market share.Contribute to global sales efforts, marketing and product development of leading edge mobile forensic software and solutions. Work with Marketing to design communication on new features/functions/products to expand The role is dynamic and requires a high degree of performance whilst remaining flexible to adapt with the changing demands of the business. LocationIdeally suit someone living in Washington DC or the Northeast territory, role will be based working from home. Essential for the role is a professional outlook & demeanour, excellent communication skills, and comfortable working as part of a high performance team. Frequent travel to customer sites and/or events & seminars across the US, with overnight stays as necessary. Occasional travel to our HQ in Sweden may occur. Candidate ProfileMSAB is looking for a talented individual with existing Sales, Business Development, or Account management experience; someone who enjoys a challenge and is results focused. The ideal individual will need to be competent with technical-based products, with a strong understanding of sales and business development processes and tools; proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office is required. Candidates will have proven work ethics, be highly self-motivated, and with a bachelor's degree or significant relevant work experience. The individual is expected to be team orientated and have the ability to communicate clearly at a number of levels with both internal and external stakeholders.MSAB will provide business and product training to support the role requirements. A full and clean driving licence is required.
