This includes monitoring the bureau based budgets, appropriation level budgets, prepare the budget requests, re-budgets, hearing packages and allocations, developing systems and procedures to monitor fiscal activities; review and analysis of fiscal data to estimate future budgetary requirements; and advising agency executives on expenditures and cost projections to ensure the most effective use of fiscal resources.
