Mentoring multiple Outpatient Ambulatory Services Managers, the Director of Clinic Operations will be expected to share their knowledge and expertise pertaining to various practices and procedures. Promoting unity and teamwork, the Director of Physician Services must consistently work to maintain a cohesive and safe work environment. Building and maintaining strong Physician relationships will be a key component for the Director of Clinic Operations. They will be asked to develop and expand the business opportunities of the hospitals growing outpatient clinic network. As well as maintain a high standard of both patient and physician satisfaction.
