Requirements High School Diploma or GED PA Criminal Background Check Description Pennsylvania Counseling Services is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant for our Outpatient Clinic.Job duties would include: Answering the phones Working at our check-in window Verifying information Collecting payment Scheduling appointments Scanning and processing forms Auditing intake packets Assisting in the office where neededStrong organization and communication skills are needed.All applicants may be tested computer skills prior to interview.
