POSITION SUMMARY: The primary purpose of your job is to provide a safe environment, give emotional and social support and attend to the resident's physical needs and comfort.Performs direct care to the residents as assigned, in accordance with the resident's care plan, and as directed by your Supervisor.Performs other duties as directed by representatives of the community.Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.Qualification/Responsibilities: Must be a high school graduate or equivalent Must be a certified and/or be state tested Nursing Assistant in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.Provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.Maintains clean and orderly resident rooms daily and assures that the call light cord is within easy reach of the resident at all times.Shift & Wage: Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN Opportunities Available Shift: Various Wage: Competitve About Us: We strive to be the leader in the long-term care industry operating in 6 different states.It is our commitment to the care of our residents and our staff that sets us apart from the rest.From the development of our Scratch Kitchens to the Saber Foundation Employee Hardship program, we are committed to the care and attention of everyone we serve!
