We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists to join a healthcare team. Responsibilities:

- Provide individualized physical therapy treatment plans to geriatric patients, in an outpatient centerbased setting.

- Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess their physical abilities, diagnose physical impairments, and identify treatment goals.

- Develop and implement treatment plans that address specific patient needs, including acute care and rehabilitation.

- Utilize a range of physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities, to promote patient recovery and wellness.

- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a collaborative approach to patient care.

- Stay current with the latest research and evidence-based practices in physical therapy and maintain a commitment to lifelong learning.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and physiology principles.

- Experience working in an outpatient setting.

- Familiarity with geriatric care and ability to adapt treatment plans to meet the unique needs of older patients.s.

- Certification as a Physical Therapist (PT) and a current license to practice in the state where the position is located.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Valid PA state Physical Therapist license (or eligible for a PA state license)
Prior experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, but not required
BLS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
