*Sign On Bonus**Hybrid and Remote work possibilities with flexible schedules**Diakon Family Life Services* offers a range of counseling services to adults, children, teens, and families. Service types include community mental health and substance abuse counseling at various outpatient clinics. School-based counseling (MH and D&A); Family Based (community and in-home) and SPIN (community and in-home services for youth with problem sexual behavior).*General Responsibilities:** Responsible for providing clinical services to individuals, couples, families, and groups in a co-occurring setting.* Develops individualized treatment plan for each client per agency procedures.* Provides a wide range of therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families and groups based on individualized assessment and treatment plans in conjunction with the treatment team.* Childline and DHS FBI clearance results are required prior to beginning employment.*Education/Training:* A Masters degree in psychology social work or counseling required; LMFT, LPC or LCSW preferred.*Experience:* A minimum of three (3) years post Masters supervised clinical experience in an outpatient setting normally required; experience in a drug and alcohol or co-occurring setting required.*Compensation and Benefits:*Diakon offers a competitive compensation and benefits package for Full-Time and Part-Time employees.Pay is based on years of experience and may differ from Indeed estimates.* Day 1 Benefits* Medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage* Tuition assistance* Generous paid time off* 401(k) plan with employer match* Voluntary short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance* Ability to earn referral bonuses up to $3,000* Paid general orientation including customer service training.Diakon is an equal opportunity employer.
