Starting Pay Rate: $ $30.50 / hour Country Meadows and
Ecumenical Retirement Communities is seeking an LPN to join their

opportunities to grow within the role. Job Duties: The Licensed
Practical Nurse (LPN) will form relationships with residents, their
families, and physicians to devise care plans that reflect critical
thinking and a strategic perspective. You'll coach your co-workers
in promptly addressing resident needs with a sense of urgency and
responsiveness. Rounding with physicians, you'll oversee their
orders and monitor medications to ensure seamless, quality care is
delivered around the clock. In this role, you will educate
residents and their families on health matters pertinent to their
care, while also serving as and sharing the responsibilities of the
Manager on Duty. Shifts: 12 hour shifts with some 8 hour shifts
available (days, evenings, overnight)
