Residential Home Health and Hospice is seeking a registered nurse case manager to lead and collaborate with a team to provide patient care plans in Middleburg, PA and surrounding areas.

    We're Looking for Compassionate Nurses with:
    
    • 
      
    • RN license in the state you work
      
    • Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing
      
    • One year of RN experience and clinical competence
      
    • Current driver's license and ability to spend time driving to/from patient locations
      
    • Commitment to meeting critical deadlines for charting
      
    • Skills to self-manage time and schedule
      
    • Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
