H2 Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team as Clinic Director providing 1:1 care within our memory care communities in Harrisburg and Lebanon, PA. Our ideal candidate will have experience evaluating and treating primarily the geriatric population and patients with Alzheimer's and Dementia. What You'll Need:

• Education: A graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Experience: Prior experience in outpatient Physical Therapy is preferred, but don't worry if you're a new grad - we welcome you too!
• Qualifications: Active state license to practice Physical Therapy.What You'll Get:
