personalized behavior support services in homes and/or community

- Professional experience working with children or individuals
with disabilities? Ex: Nanny, Day Care Professional, Teacher, Camp
Counselor, Paraprofessional/TSS, Direct Support Professionals
or,
- Educational experience in a field that relates to our industry?
Ex: Psychology, Education/Special Education, Sociology, Applied
Behavior Analysis, Social Work.
- Proof of high school diploma or transcripts and are you at
least 18 years old?
- A valid driver's license with proof of car insurance, a good
driving record and your own reliable vehicle? Ride sharing and
public transportation are not permitted for this position.
- Ability to work during evenings and after school hours? Client
sessions are typically after school, Monday-Friday, and 2-6 hours
in length.
- Ability to start working in a part time role as we develop and
grow your caseload. -
- Ability to use technology for documentation completion and
administrative responsibilities? -What are the core
responsibilities?

- Be a part of the ongoing success and achievement of our young
clients by focusing on their strengths, needs, abilities, and
preferences.
- Carry out individualized treatment and behavior intervention
plans to support our young clients within the home and community
setting.
- Collect data as defined within the plan and record in our
Electronic Health Records (EHR) system. -
- Help to guide and support families and caregivers to implement
new skills.
