Job Description:
Offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus and student loan repayment for
physical therapists, with a $2,500 bonus for PRN positions.
Includes a 12-week mentorship program for new grads, in-house rehab
with collaborative teams, ongoing education, and growth
opportunities.
The PT provides direct rehab care following physician referrals,
adhering to all laws and standards.
Requirements: graduation from an accredited program, active state
licensure, CPR certification, and preferred post-acute care
experience.
Key duties involve implementing treatment plans, setting goals,
supervising staff, documenting care, and ensuring patient
safety.
Must demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, good body mechanics,
and excellent communication skills.
Additional responsibilities include community involvement,
maintaining confidentiality, and complying with policies.
Essential functions include patient assessment, charting, use of
therapy software, and supporting interdisciplinary
collaboration.
