qualified PACU/Pre-Post Op RN in Martinsburg, West Virginia, 25401!

Shift: 8H Days M-F 8am-430pm, one stay late per week, float to main
as needed Description: Unit Notes:50 mile radius rule - ALL

entire WVU systemDrivers license address must be outside 50 miles
from the facilityPrevious perm candidates must be gone for 2
yearsPrevious travelers there for 1 full year must be gone for 2

interpret. Anesthesia interprets strips. No monitor techs. Titrate
vasopressors & sedatives in PACU.VentsYes & occasionally in PACU,
as well as Bipap, Cpap, & High FlowHospitalist or Intensivist in
houseHospitalist in-house 24/7IV TeamNoRT 24/7RT is in-house 24/7.
They bring vent established patients to the OR & maintain in the
PACU Pharmacy 24/7Yes & have OmnicellShiftsThey have 8's, 10's, &
12's. Varied start times, primarily day/evening. No self-scheduling
for travelers. They will allow block scheduling if it meets the
needs of the unit. FloatingNoFloor specific orientation3
ShiftsCommon types of cases to recoverAll surgical cases except
Open HeartICU patients - do they recover in PACUDuring usual M-F
8a-4p they will keep ICU patients for 1 hour in the recovery room -
after hours they take them directly to ICU. EXCEPT Cranies stay in
the PACU. Some elective cranies go stright to tele (if no brain
bleeds) Cancellation may cancel 2 shifts per 13-week assignment and
1 shift for assignments less than 13 weeks Charting Systems
