manage, or coordinate Nursing operations within the organization,
with a focus on Pre-Op and PACU areas. Oversees clinical and
operational workflows to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
Manages the work efforts of supervisors and/or individual
contributors. Makes decisions based on unit objectives, as well as
company policies and procedures. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S): -
Associate's Degree in Nursing - Four (4) years of related
experience required - Currently licensed to practice as a
Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN
license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact. - AHA BLS
