Clinical Supervisor (RN) Shift: 12-hour day shifts | 4x12s Hours:

EMR: Cerner Job Description: Seeking an experienced Labor &
Delivery Clinical Supervisor to provide shift-to-shift oversight of
clinical practice, staffing, patient flow, and daily operations.
This leadership role involves direct patient care, supporting team
engagement, and participating in process improvement initiatives.
Must demonstrate clinical competence and leadership in a fast-paced
L&D environment. Responsibilities: - Supervise clinical staff
and ensure quality patient care - Coordinate patient flow,
staffing, and safety protocols - Maintain environment of care -
Provide direct care aligned with patient age and condition -
Support department improvement and engagement efforts Required
Experience: - Minimum 2 years of L&D RN experience - Previous
Cerner experience - Leadership or supervisory experience strongly
preferred Required Certifications: - BLS (AHA) – Required - ACLS –
Required - NRP – Required - AWHONN Intermediate EFM – Required -
