Job Description Locums - Interventional Cardiology - Call Only - Lancaster, PA Why This Role? - Call-only interventional cardiology coverage at a major academic health system - Modern inpatient facility with 135 beds and robust cardiology support staff - Scheduled shifts with advance notice, weekends prioritized Start Date: August 4, 2025 End Date: Ongoing Schedule: 24-hour call coverage with light rounding Coverage Type: Backup call only Call Dates Needed: - Aug 4 - Aug 11 - Oct 13 - Oct 20 - Nov 14 (5pm) - Nov 17 (8am) - Nov 24 - Dec 1 - Dec 22 - Dec 29 Clinical Details: - Setting: Inpatient only - Daily Rounding: Light, focused on existing patients - Support Staff: 1 RN, 5 MAs, 2 PA/NPs, 7 office staff - EMR: Cerner Requirements: - Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology - Active PA license - Fellowship trained - PALS certification - Required Skills Needed: - Heart catheterizations - Arterioplasty and arteriogram - Plaque removal and endovascular therapies
