Responsibilities: Essential Duties - Assist in contracting
functions to ensure consistent, timely and accurate processing of
all contract related documents across all sale organizations. -
Review, scrub and seek approvals on all membership activations and
shepherd applicable processes. - Manage daily contract chargeback
operations, distributor inquiries and membership related items
ensuring contractual requirements are met. - Support the contract
administration of new products. - Collaborate with internal and
external customers to provide superior customer service and quality
assurance support regarding terms, pricing and membership. - Plan
and execute reporting enhancements that improve better business
practices. - Maintain, track and recording of declaration letters.
- Analyze and cleanse contract master data to support continuous
improvement. - Strategize and implement contracting processes and
policies with B.Braun's business needs, strategic direction and
rapidly changing industry demands. The job function listed is not

Required: - Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of
education and experience. - 04-06 years related experience
required. - Regular and predictable attendance - Occasional

$71,600 - $81,600 LI MSL The targeted range for this role takes
into account a range of factors that are considered when making
compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to:
