per week) - Hours per Week: 36 Registered Nurse Qualifications -
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (PA RN license
required) - BLS Certification (required prior to first shift) -
ACLS Certification (required prior to first shift) - Minimum 1 year
of recent bedside clinical experience in a Med/Surg or acute care
setting (2 years preferred) - Strong assessment, documentation, and
communication skills - Experience in travel nursing or
rehabilitation hospital settings is a plus Med/Surg RN
Responsibilities - Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and
develop individualized care plans for Med/Surg patients - Deliver
high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with clinical
protocols and safety standards - Supervise and support Licensed
Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and
orientees - Accurately document all assessments, interventions, and
patient responses in the electronic health record (EHR) -
Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences and contribute to
patient rehabilitation programs - Initiate discharge planning and
provide patient/family education from admission - Promote a safe
environment by adhering to hospital safety policies and promptly
reporting hazards - Provide calm direction and reassurance to
staff, patients, and families - Assume charge nurse
responsibilities as needed after orientation - Engage in ongoing
