located in Frackville, Pennsylvania. This location has 1 physician
and 1 CRNP. The office is open 8a–5p with call being rotated with
other Physician and APC's including sister sites. Patient slot
durations consist of 40 minutes for new, wellness/preventative,
TOC, and medical clearance and 20 minutes for return patients and
acute visits. In a Family Medicine career with LVHN, you’ll
experience: - Family medicine physicians see patients of all ages,
from newborn to elder adults. - We support in–office procedures,
women's health procedures and sports medicine procedures for those
with interest and training. - Free scribe services - Flexible
Monday – Friday schedules - Full time clinicians are scheduled for
36 patient care hours/week - Call is shared with other practices in
the region. - Onsite and remote care team to support clincians -
