Assist the interventional cardiologist during the procedures, ensuring the proper use and maintenance of equipment and technology. Monitor patient's vital signs and maintain accurate documentation of all procedures and treatments performed. Administer medications and IVs as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to hospital policies and guidelines. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Educate patients and their families about the cath lab procedures, risks, and recovery process. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the cath lab, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols. Stay up-to-date with advances in cardiac catheterization techniques and maintain relevant certifications.
