ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in York, Pennsylvania. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/26/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - OR Job Details: • Minimum 3 years of operating room experience required • Level I trauma experience required • Previous travel experience required • Must function independently (no refresher training needed) with DaVinci xi robot and bonus for DV5 DaVinci robot familiarity • Must be proficient with robotic general, gynecology, thoracic, and urology specialties • Must function independently in all specialties: Robotics, Orthopedics, General, GYN, Urology, Bariatrics, ENT, Plastics, Vascular, Thoracic (excluding cardiac and open heart), and Trauma • Prefer RNs who can both scrub and circulate • 3-4 weekend shifts required within a 6-week matrix (day, evening, or night shifts) • 2-3 call shifts within a 6-week matrix with 30-minute callback response • Holiday coverage per department need (day, evening, or night shifts) • Maximum 7-day requested time off per contract • Patient ratio 1:1 • Must work with patients of all ages: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics • EPIC charting system experience heavily preferred • BLS certification required (AHA or ARC only) • Pennsylvania nursing license required with no license hits accepted • Tobacco and fragrance-free facility • 5-6 hours of pre-start modules required Facility: This healthcare facility features a comprehensive 18-room operating suite with 593 total beds and serves 50-60 patients daily. The facility operates as a Level I trauma center with advanced robotic surgical capabilities including DaVinci xi and DV5 systems. The organization provides a full range of surgical services excluding open heart surgery and neurosurgery, with interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams.
